Three Magic recipes for breakfast to loseweight

needs you should consume.

If you have problem with excess body weight and instead of having less quantities of foods and starve. Here are some of recipes that are perfect for breakfast and help you to keep your energy for the whole day.



First Recipe :
·         1 orange
·         1 banana
·         2 tablespoons grounded flax seeds
·         2 tablespoons almonds
·         1/3 cup of water
·         2 figs (fresh or dried)

Preparation method :
 Blend all the ingredients with orange juice until you get creamy mixture, consume it fresh.
Note: put the figs into the water for about 30 minutes.



Second Recipe :
·         1 banana
·         1 apple
·         1 cup of raspberries
·         ½ lemon
·         1 tablespoon grounded flax seeds

Preparation method:
 Blend all the ingredians until you get smooth texture. Consume it fresh.

Note: if you use organic apples, keep its peels.

Third Recipe :
  2 kiwi
·            1 banana
·           1 orange
·          ½ apple
·          1 tablespoons grounded hazel nuts
·          1 tablespoon grounded flax seeds

Preparation method :

Blend all the ingredians until you get smooth texture. Consume it fresh.
