Ingredients
3 eggs
1 pint milk
1lb self raising flour
6 ounces caster sugar
3 tea spoons baking powder

break the 3 eggs into a large jug or bowl

dump the particular pint of milk in the eggs, then add the dry ingredients ...first the 1 lb self raising flour
next the second ounces caster sugar, now whisk all the ingredients together
leave the batter to rise for about 1 hour
the take a large spoon and beat the batter to a thick dropping consistency
turn the heat up and leave the pancakes to cook until bubbles appear they should be browned on the both of sides

You can make a cake with melted butter milk, sugar or chocolate cream as you like!
