Salisbury Steak




Ingredients
.10.5 oz. can condensed onion cream soup
.½ lb. ground beef
.½ cup dry bread crumbs 
.1 egg 
.Salt to taste
.1 TBS flour 
.¼ ketchup 
.¼ cup water 
.½ cup mushrooms, sliced
.1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
.1 tsp. mustard powder

Directions
. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and ½ of the onion soup.

. Shape mixture into patties and brown in a skillet until well done. Drain excess fat. 

. In a bowl, mix together remaining soup, ketchup, water, flour, mustard, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.

. Pour over the meat in the skillet, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
